RAC Canada Day Contest

RAC Canada Day Contest

A few club members joined together at Eric's home to participate in the RAC Contest. We used a number of radios and put Eric's new Elecraft KX2 through its paces. The little QRP rig did well, it receiver is very sensitive and though some contacts we made, breaking the pile-ups with under 10 watts proved a bit much. Those that made it out had a good time chatting and trying out radios and antennas.

Coffee Meetings

We meet every Sunday at 3pm for coffee and a chance to share our recent adventures with radio technology. We really enjoy meeting new people who are interested in learning about Amateur Radio or even other Hams! Join us this Sunday. We currently meet at the food court in Semiahmoo Mall.

Please join us on our weekly net - every Thursday 7:30pm on the White Rock Repeater
