Eric Activates Black Mountain

Eric and his wife Carolyn hiked Black Mountain at Cypress Bowl to activate the summit for SOTA. He was able to make 6 2m contacts one was with a distant SOTA hiker on Tahtlum Peak 310km to the south. The summit-to-summit contact was also the furthest 2m hand-held contact Eric had made. Several contacts were made to club members so it was a good club event.

Coffee Meetings
